had training on thurs at WCP ~ damn tired ... had cramp at the thigh and when home with a bruised arm and bloody finger but i still had fun no matter what !!!

didnt go for PT as i was tooooo tired ....Zzzzz.....FINALLY i get to meet IJYM babes again !!!!!! MISS THEM LOADSSS !!! althought it wasnt really a bbq which we thought we l get good food but at least we managed to spent a really fun and great time together !!!! ♥♥♥ !!!! cant wait to meet them all again with michelle aka ms tan ~!!!!

on thurs had PT physcial training ~ it was crazzzzzzzzzzzzyyyyy !!!!! i was almost dead by the end of it !! worst than 2.4or anything else i have ever did ~!!!! was suppose to jump and land on feet i landed on my knees and it hurrrrttttt!!!!! but luckily just abrasion no scar :D

and today had normal frisbee traning~ only throw for awhile ..... didnt managed to play pickups .....but aleast i spent time with commies :audrey isaac jeremiah christina dominica terence debbie and claudia ~ we celebrated audrey's 19th BIRTHDAY ~~
